Abstract

Kedai Lawuh Madhang is a culinary business that serves ready-to-eat food made from chicken. Currently, this shop still uses a conventional logbook-based system to record order transactions, payments, and sales reports. In an effort to improve efficiency and manageability, a new sales application system was developed. The data collection method used is qualitative. In this study, observations were made through interviews with the owner of Kedai Lawuh Madhang. This sales application system is built using Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Agile Extreme Programming, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) approaches. The use of UML as a tool helps in the structured system design process. The results of the implementation of this system include queuing features that help consumers stay organized, make it easier for cashiers to record orders, reduce data duplication, and increase the efficiency of order processing at the checkout. This system is beneficial for both consumers and shop owners. Consumers can enjoy a more efficient ordering experience, while store owners can make sales decisions through structured report data.
